“I joined the CP Center and Balance class, and this was my first time back since my intro class with Emma. She was so much fun, and the music was engaging, which made the class even more enjoyable! It was a great workout, I was sore the next day from my toes all the way up to my groin, but in the best way. I definitely felt like I got a great workout and can’t wait for my next class!”
