Vicki treated my shoulder last week. Prior the treatment we had a 30-minute session to discuss the issue, and all my concerns were addressed by her with maximum empathy. While she was treating me, she was very careful when loosening the muscles, widening the range where my arms could go. The whole time, with every stretch I felt she was healing me. At the end of the 30-minute session, I actually tried one PT exercise to extend the range, which I have never managed to do without pain, but after the massage, it was very easy. I will definitely come back here. Vicki is very professional, a real healer, she helped me already with one single session. She really knows her profession.“

“I recently visited the Bethesda Salt Cave for a classic signature massage with Ryan. This is a beautiful, soulful and therapeutic spot. The moment I walked in, before even beginning my treatment, I felt soothed and my body started to drop in and relax. Ryan is patient, kind and respectful. He listens to what is needed, and is also quite intuitive and body sensing. In addition he is quite credentialed in multiple therapeutic modalities. Janine, the owner, is a darling, patient, kind, and she made me feel right at home. She has intentionally curated a space that is safe, nurturing and healing. After my massage, Janine welcomed me into the Salt Cave for a session. She helped me find a comfortable spot, included a warm blanket and gently heated eye mask! This felt like heaven. Within seconds, I fell into the deepest slumber. My body thanked me. After my time here, I felt completely restored! I am now hooked on that feeling!!
