1440 Health is a "diamond in the rough" in Bethesda, meaning an amazing place hidden in the heart of town. She is skilled and gives high quality care. Her practice is essential to my well being and I am so glad I found her. Especially during COVID when I've needed a release she practices very safe procedures to ensure the safety of her clients. She leads with her heart AND hands.
