Joy was a joy!! She was kind, warm, and intuitive. The atmosphere is calm and clean—no cheesy music just the sound of waves. I have been here a couple of times now and the front staff is always helpful and on top of it. My massage started a little late and without even having to raise the issue they apologized and offered me a complimentary add-on. Great experience!
