Had the most beautiful couples massage with such relaxation and then did a 45 minute session in the salt cave breathing in all the good stuff while meditating and cuddling my favorite person in the world. This was such a wonderful experience. Sandra, my massage therapist was so lovely, caring, consensual and gentle with my body. Janene, the owner was so great to meet and she really makes you feel like you've known her for longer than 2 minutes! Thank you for this wonderful place of healing, grounding, and relaxation! So grateful and can't wait to be back and continue enjoying the spa here!
My hubby surprised me for my birthday with a visit to Bethesda Salt Cave. It was an amazing experience. The staff was polite, kind, and very knowledgeable. I had the Detox Treatment, Massage Therapy, and Salt Cave Experience. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated.
