I recently visited the Bethesda Salt Cave for a classic signature massage with Ryan. This is a beautiful, soulful and therapeutic spot. The moment I walked in, before even beginning my treatment, I felt soothed and my body started to drop in and relax. Ryan is patient, kind and respectful. He listens to what is needed, and is also quite intuitive and body sensing. In addition he is quite credentialed in multiple therapeutic modalities. This was my first visit to a salt cave. I went on Wellness Wednesday because they have a $30 special for one session. It was so beautifully designed and comfortably set up. I chose to lay on the ground with bolsters, pillows & blankets. It was so comfortable and relaxing I fell into a rather deep meditative sleep.
