I had an excellent icing therapy session today with Mika. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and made the entire experience comfortable and relaxing from start to finish. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does.
The session left me feeling refreshed, recovered, and much better physically afterward. Her positive energy and welcoming attitude made a huge difference as well. I’m very grateful for the care she provided and I’m already looking forward to booking my next treatment with her soon.

Just finished another cryo- facial and my technician and treatment was terrific! In addition, I tried for the first time the infrared sauna and felt that is melted away many aches and pains as well as ridding my body of a lot of toxins. Again, my technician made sure I had enough water during my session as you do need to replenish during the course of the treatment. The facility is also impressive.
