We've hired Mason and his team for two separate projects, both bathroom renovations. They did a fantastic job doing all of the following:- demoing everything- replacing drain lines- reframing- new insulation- adding a window / outside framing- adding a sun tunnel- custom niche construction out of marble- tile work (shower flower & walls, tub wall, main floor)- new electrical / fans- new component installation- paintingThe only problems I had were with the suppliers (which is on me -- we picked out all our interiors ourselves). We worked with Mason and his team at Sino-American to remove our existing chain link fence and broken iron gate and replace with a new wooden fence and custom built gate for our DC rowhouse. We coordinated with our next door neighbor who was getting the same work done and had worked with Mason before and they built both our fences and gates in the same day. Mason was very professional and communicative throughout the entire process and produced top notch work that we are very happy with.Our project was unique and complicated given several obstacles including our existing ground level deck, our neighbor's property sitting a few feet higher than ours and a huge tree on...read full review
