They did a fantastic job doing all of the following:- demoing everything- replacing drain lines- reframing- new insulation- adding a window / outside framing- adding a sun tunnel- custom niche construction out of marble- tile work (shower flower & walls, tub wall, main floor)- new electrical / fans- new component installation- paintingThe only problems I had were with the suppliers (which is on me -- we picked out all our interiors ourselves). If I had it to do over again, I would make sure every piece of tile was in my house before the job starts. They put in a brand new laundry room, brand new bathroom, and renovated kitchen. Extremely happy with work. They were able to reconfigure an electrical outlet through the wall to accomdate an electric stove we bought with very inconvenient outlet intake, very expertly done.

“I contacted Fred Home Improvement to help with water seeping into our apartment from the balcony. The subfloor and floor tiles were badly buckled. They examined the patio doors, lifted pavers from the balcony, examined the condition of the liner, and drain. They were able to diagnose the problem and recommend a tiered approach for fixing the problem (being sensitive to costs), while also explaining their thought process so that I understood exactly what was being proposed.The people I worked with were professional, polite, and responsive.
