I'm a new customer and brought in an evening dress that a sunscreen bottle had exploded on - I had been traveling at the time for a wedding and the greasy stain had set for about a week. Highlands was EXTREMELY helpful. When the stains didn't come out on the first try, they sent it out for dry cleaning again for free, and the second time every stain was completely gone!
