I used Stephen the Tailor many years ago to help me chop up a hand me down leather jacket that no one else would help me with, and the results were great. Fast forward to now, and I had a similar, excellent experience. I brought in my wedding dress - which I bought at a sample sale and would not be able to easily replace - that needed to be hemmed (though it was lace, and a mermaid shape, so required some attention to detail). I wasn't so sure at the start, but Nikola help walk me through what he was going to do and how he would make it fit. He even drew pictures to show me what he was going to do. This was my first time having a suit tailored, and Nicola did an amazing job. I am a woman, and was kind of nervous about having a suit tailored, worrying it could look more masculine. One of the suit jackets needed a full overhaul, and he executed it more beautifully than my vision for it. He was patient and willing to do as much or as little as I asked, and then made me feel great when I picked them up and tried everything on. It is a bit of an investment to do a full scale suit fitting, but absolutely worth it for me to upgrade some inexpensive suits that I can now wear to work and feel like one of the big guys at the table.
I was welcomed and taken care of immediately! I was able to make an appointment with ease on the website and was accommodated within a week for an event I had planned the following week. Nikola did a phenomenal job!! I will be coming back
