“The worse time to call a plumber is on a Sunday night because then you know it is because of an emergency. I called two different plumbers that advertised they are open 24 hours but not True!! When I called two different companies…I was told that a plumber would be available the next day. Nope if someone is calling on a Sunday night it means a plumber is needed today. Like right now!!! I guess the saying is true “the 3rd time is the charm” but Caton’s had a plumber available. Henry showed up and dealt with the first issue which was turning off the water (the shut off valve did not include a knob). Then fixed that pin hole leak that caused so much issues (ceiling collapsed). Thanks so much for being available on a Sunday night (after 10:30pm). 5 stars for the company and for Henry! Mr. Paul was very friendly and helpful. He drove 45 minutes just to work on my leaking pipe. He came out, looked at a pipe leaking issue I had. He explained what needed to be repaired, what sort of pipe I was dealing with.... in the end he repaired it.

I highly recommend them.“

“I was in an emergency situation (after hours on Saturday and it's a holiday weekend) Mr Nigel was wonderful he came over 30mins after I called to do the estimate (I had called 2 others supposedly 24hrs but only got constant ringing on one and answering service in the other) he's very efficient. My basement was dry in about 24hrs however he was sure to continue with the process until Monday afternoon (the actual holiday) to make sure I had no drying issues. I would recommend Restoreace Restoration if you want a service professional that comes when you need them and not have you wait for a call back in an emergency situation.“
