I called in to see if they could repair my laptop, and rather than having me book an appointment, charging me for the diagnosis, and stringing me along... the guy on the phone (didn't get his name sorry) searched for the necessary parts right then and there and said they wouldn't be able to get the part (it's just not available, not their fault). I brought my gaming desktop in after another business had it for several weeks and misdiagnosed it/lied to me and sent me home with a “fixed system” in reality they fried multiple brand new components and it wouldn’t even boot after taking it home.
