Since I believe, they don’t make things like they used to; I had a few choices in service company options. And it was a wise decision, when I chose CTS Services, Inc in Bellingham, MA. Well worth the 18-mile drive. One could tell this was a group of professionals; just in speaking to the folks {Matthew, David & Melissa}. David Delorme replaced the Ink Pad Assembly with the Epson brand ink pads and gave the printer a thorough interior cleaning. Even the paper rollers seemed to work better. My printer is still running; in March, it will be two years later. Very grateful customer.“
