Mr Fong is incredibly knowledgeable and honest. He checked my friends computer and told her what it would cost her to fix it. She knew it was very old and asked if he had a refurbished one. He kindly showed her a couple he had with different prices and she picked the one she liked best for her. We both thank you Mr Fong for being so kind.
