The screen on my Microsoft Surface Pro 9 was badly cracked. Mike was meticulous in determining exactly which screen was the correct on for my device. He ordered the replacement which was delivered in a week. The screen was delivered on a Wednesday, I brought the damaged Surface to Mike on Thursday and it was ready to be picked up on Friday. Mike did a great job replacing the broken screen. He’s very professional and knows what he is doing. I highly recommend him if you have a computer.

Really quick turn around and a very fair price. Had my iMac’s original hdd changed to an ssd and had it back in a couple days. The place is dusty and smells like cigarettes but that’s a small price to pay, I would happily go back for repairs here! Much, much better service and far more responsive than the other computer repair service in Cumberland on Mendon Road. Everything was explained before and after working on it, the guy was super nice, and I think everything was done within like 5 days - would have been shorter but I missed a text saying it was ready for pickup over the weekend so that was my fault. Very happy :)

I found myself in a bind when my computer battery stopped charging despite being plugged in and ordering a new charger did not help. At 5% battery, looming deadlines to meet, and no idea where to start I turned to the internet for local options. Hesitantly and with some fear (but desperate),I brought my computer to The computer Store on Thursday. Within in a couple hours I received a text as to the problem and asked if I would like them to order the part which should arrive next day. By Saturday morning my computer was completely fixed!
