“The deck looks great and we have had it for a few months now and it still looks great. The crew building the deck was discrete and friendly. The experience was good. The only problem we had is that they changed project manager a couple times during the project which has causes some issues and some errors in the schematics, but it was resolved to our expectations. We just had to talk to the owner (who is not much available to talk to customers) to finally get this resolved. I recommend them anyway, they did some good work.“

“A great contractor is hard to find! We recently hired Henrique Santos of Elite Service Contractors to repair rotted wood along the house foundation, repair rot damage under the sliding glass door and to rebuild our deck. When Henrique saw the initial level of damage, he felt that other areas of the foundation should be evaluated. He found and photographed several additional areas of severe rot damage and areas where the original builder failed to add vapor barriers and drainage channels which resulted in the needed repairs. Henrique opted to repair with the Zip Wall system and this was then installed along the entire backside and a front portion of the house. Due to the amount of damage, an element of mold remediation was needed and this repair by his team was performed and passed inspection. We also had his team add rain gutters around the home. Henrique has a great eye for design too! He sent us a drawing of the new revamped deck, made suggestions on what would look good and built us a beautiful deck that matches our outdoor living space beautifully. We were so impressed with their professionalism, suggestions and attention to detail. They were always prompt, courteous, and kept us informed throughout the entire process whether in person, email or text. The repair work took many weeks, was completed on time and within budget. The quality of the work was exceptional and we are extremely satisfied with the results.We would highly recommend Elite Service Contractors to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled contractor for their home improvement needs.“

“Sidney and his team are extraordinary.First, Sidney is responsive. That is rare is his business. But Sidney doesn’t play games. I called him and he came right over, looked at the work (repairs to a finished basement room after a flood) and he gave me a price in a very reasonable few days. And the price included ALL the work I wanted done. That never happens. Everyone else I called either ghosted me, gave me a ridiculous price or gave me a ridiculous price AND left half the work I wanted done off the proposal. Sidney was excellent.
