It was a shell construction project, eventually done in the way I anticipated. I liked working with them, and they replaced all my recycled slates on the outer layer of the roof nicely. He explains things that are going on and lets you know what might happen ie worst case scenario/best case scenario. He’s incredibly attentive to the work being done and is always present when you need him.
I felt bad one night when I called him for a broken sewer pipe. It was the end of a work day unfortunately but he showed up and he and his partner worked until late to clean up the mess.
He’s always up front and I feel he has my best interest at heart. You don’t find that every day!!“
