I usually do not write reviews but in this instance I feel I have to. I was having an issue with the heat in my house and the contractor I usually use was having no luck in diagnosing and/or repairing the problem. After three visits and three days- still no heat, I reached out to John at SH&C. Within fifteen minutes of leaving a message he had called back. We talked about the issue and he was very informative and up front about what they could do. Within an hour the technician was at my house and within two hours the house was heating up. Suburban did a Great Job replacing My heating System last November I had them come out this Spring to Check My Central Air. The System was about 21 years old and I knew it had problems . Shane and Joe came and Checked it out .The unit in the attic was clogged and full of rust . Shane took pictures and showed Me how bad it was. We decided to replace the complete System . The first Day removing the old system it was 134 degrees in the attic they did the job and never once complained . This New System works Great We are Very Happy with it . Easy process to install ductless mini-splits from start to finish. John came out and gave a very detailed quote and then followed up with a written proposal. The price seemed quite reasonable and they were able to start the project accommodating our schedule and our new WFH lifestyle. A slight scheduling issue delayed the completion, but the final results were well worth it. John forwarded us the materials to submit the paperwork for the Mass Save rebates. Couldn't be happier with the entire crew from Suburban and the work that they performed.Service: Ductless heating and AC services
