“was looking for tile for a bathroom remodel. Mario was very helpful and had lots of options available. Even though we had a few issues, I can't think of Mario addressing it in a better way than he did.
1. one of the tiles was a wrong color which we missed. Mario got someone to swap them out the same day.
2. we mistakenly ordered wrong quantities of tiles, by mixing the numbers, getting too much of one tile and not enough of another.
Mario came the same day again, took the extra tiles and came back with extra boxes of the ones we needed.

“Tao and his crew did an amazing job installing our new engineered hardwood floors.
We needed to get rid of our carpet and replace it with new hardwood floors. When Tao first came by for a free estimate, he had great suggestions to make the space look larger and more open. We wanted to try to match the existing hardwood floors we already had as much as possible. Tao immediately knew what kind of floors to use and he even had samples on hand so that I could compare them with our current floors.
Tao's estimate was very reasonable and comparable to other companies I reached out to. I went with Tao because of his background as a designer and I trusted he would make sure the floors look great! It ended up being a great decision because we are very happy with our new floors!
The installation process was very smooth and even finished earlier than expected. The crew was very respectful of our home and did a great job keeping the house clean after their work was done. Any minor issues I found during installation were immediately remedied by the team without any issue.

“James went so far beyond our expectations on our kitchen floor. He removed our dangerous, loose 1980s vinyl tiles, removed the plywood underneath and took the floor down to the 129 year old subfloor. He installed gorgeous white oak and put the best quality finish on it. He matched up the open floor to the dining room perfectly. We can’t believe our good luck in finding him!!
He and his helper, Danny, were so careful every step of the way, cleaning the work area as they went along. James kept in constant contact with us via texting and encouraged us to ask any questions we might have.

“This was our second project with Kim and her team! Kim is incredibly fair, professional and and goes above and beyond. Our stairs where in major need of an overhaul…we think they where over 100 years old and unfortunately not salvageable from years of abuse. We replaced all of the treads and risers. Since we couldn’t leave the house for the work, Kim prefinished the treads for us which made life much easier. As they got into the job they realized it would be better to reinforce some of the old framing.
