was looking for tile for a bathroom remodel. Mario was very helpful and had lots of options available. Even though we had a few issues, I can't think of Mario addressing it in a better way than he did.
1. one of the tiles was a wrong color which we missed. Mario got someone to swap them out the same day.
2. we mistakenly ordered wrong quantities of tiles, by mixing the numbers, getting too much of one tile and not enough of another.
Mario came the same day again, took the extra tiles and came back with extra boxes of the ones we needed.

Overall was a pleasure to deal with.
