The technical staff do their jobs professionally and gently, always checking if the patient is doing well or needs anything. When they have completed their tasks, Dr. Metri comes in to check the work they did and discuss anything he or they may have found or anticipate may occur. He is personable, gentle and professional when I am in his chair and he has to fix a filing or replace a crown. He puts me at ease and I know my teeth and their care are being well looked after. Dr. Aswad squeezed me in for a same-day appointment for a complicated issue that I had. His entire staff was friendly and welcoming. I have severe anxiety at the dentist but I felt calm as he was explaining everything. He determined that I needed a root canal and contacted a colleague and was able to get me an appointment for a couple of hours later on the same day. Without a doubt, I would still be in excruciating pain today if it weren't for his & his staff's help. Thank you!“
