As a kid, I was terrified of the dentist, terrified enough to run and hide in the bathroom of her office when told to prepare for an x-ray. As an adult, I avoided dental care altogether (a mistake, I know) and even let my insurance lapse since I wasn't using it.
Today I chipped my front teeth in a bike accident and was very anxious about seeking care. After reaching out to several other recommended dentists a bit further afoot, I remembered Wayland Dental which I drive past regularly and decided to give them a call. My experience was great! The entire team was friendly. Love the atmosphere it was very clean and all the technology was up to date and state of the art. Love that there was water available in the waiting area. Nicole Ray is the absolute best hygienist ever! I couldn’t give a 5 because I was disappointed that the staff didn’t alert me ahead of time that I’d have to pay up front because my insurance was out of network.
Friendly, efficient hygienist. Excellent experience.
