“It's been years since I have seen him, but I must say Dr. John Maheu was/is the best Dentist! He not only was the first Dentist I chose when I moved to Norwood in 1994, but the first one that I actually didn't mind going back to. I am actually trying to find out where he is now. Last I heard, Central Dental is "gone". Oh, I should mention that I no longer live in Norwood, and have been neglecting my dental needs. And, alas, one of my teeth just broke. I would have lost long ago, if not for him.“

The technical staff do their jobs professionally and gently, always checking if the patient is doing well or needs anything. When they have completed their tasks, Dr. Metri comes in to check the work they did and discuss anything he or they may have found or anticipate may occur. He is personable, gentle and professional when I am in his chair and he has to fix a filing or replace a crown. He puts me at ease and I know my teeth and their care are being well looked after. I won’t go anywhere else!!“

“I was not a current patient at the office, but I had a semi-emergency, and my current dentist was booked for a week. Dr. Aswad squeezed me in for a same-day appointment for a complicated issue that I had. His entire staff was friendly and welcoming. I have severe anxiety at the dentist but I felt calm as he was explaining everything. He determined that I needed a root canal and contacted a colleague and was able to get me an appointment for a couple of hours later on the same day. Without a doubt, I would still be in excruciating pain today if it weren't for his & his staff's help. Thank you!“

“I have been going to Norwood Dental for over 20 years and tonight’s visit verified, once again, why. Overall, the office provides a consistently great customer experience, with excellent care. With a vacation planned for the next day,, I chipped a bond on my tooth and was concerned that the bond would break away from the tooth. I was also experiencing some discomfort.
