Pondside Dental Associates - Jamaica Plain

I was so nervous going into my procedure yesterday, but Dr. Ramesh and her assistant immediately put me at ease during my broken tooth that couldn't be saved and required a difficult procedure. They are not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also wonderfully kind, great with anesthesia, gentle, patient, conversational, encouraging, supportive, cooperative, and funny. Their great sense of humor kept the mood light, and they were constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable. I felt completely listened to and cared for, and I'm so grateful to have had them as my care team.

After a random encounter with a piece of hard candy, I suddenly found myself with a broken tooth and an urgent need to fix it. I was amazed that Pondside was able to get me in the next business day for a consult. When I got there, the dentist explained that I’d need a crown, but if I was willing to be flexible, they could probably get me a new one that day. This involved having some of the work done, then going away for an hour and a half, then returning to get the thing finished. Luckily for me, my schedule allowed for it. Pondside is the best dentistry I know of. I live many miles away, but I don’t hesitate at all to come in for anything I need so I have loyalty that comes from superb service that I totally trust.
