“The staff is so warm and welcoming to everyone who walks in the door and if Dr. Metri is between patients he always says hello with a big smile. The technical staff do their jobs professionally and gently, always checking if the patient is doing well or needs anything. When they have completed their tasks, Dr. Metri comes in to check the work they did and discuss anything he or they may have found or anticipate may occur. He is personable, gentle and professional when I am in his chair and he has to fix a filing or replace a crown. He puts me at ease and I know my teeth and their care are being well looked after. Dr. Aswad squeezed me in for a same-day appointment for a complicated issue that I had. His entire staff was friendly and welcoming. I have severe anxiety at the dentist but I felt calm as he was explaining everything. He determined that I needed a root canal and contacted a colleague and was able to get me an appointment for a couple of hours later on the same day. Without a doubt, I would still be in excruciating pain today if it weren't for his & his staff's help. Thank you!“

“Dr. Laurice Salib-Fanikos is the GOAT!I have been searching for a dentist that I felt was trustworthy, gentle, able to offer additional comfort by using the latest technologies, and friendly, because I have anxiety going to the dentist. Prior to moving to Massachusetts, I had an excellent death dentist, and have not been able to find one nearly as good in over 10 years - until now! Dr. Laurice Salib-Fanikos is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. She is extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and has a generally delightful bedside manner. Even getting dental work that I typically dread, I felt comfortable, and at ease. Getting fillings did not require powering through hours of discomfort from having my job propped open by clamps that are too large for my mouth. Even the Novacaine injections were painless! She explained every step of the process, which made me feel at ease. I can’t recommend her enough!“

“I am so glad I found Dr Mischley. My former dentist retired and the dentists that took over were not very good to say the least. After hearing great recommendations regarding Dr Mischley I decided to switch. I have had 2 cleanings there. Entire staff couldn’t be more wonderful. Dr Mischley came in after both cleanings and was so friendly and professional at the same time. I have trigeminal neuralgia and a few weeks ago I started to have a really bad attack. It causes excruciating pain on the right side of my face from my forehead to my mouth. It hurts to do simple things like eat, sneeze, touch my face or even brush my teeth on that side. I lost a temporary during this attack and knew I needed a crown but there is no way I could do this now but I also knew the tooth needed to be covered up to prevent abscess. Of course it was on the upper right side of my mouth. I called to make an appointment. I was in tears just trying to explain to Dr Mischley what was going on because it also hurts to talk. He listened to me and offered to put another temporary on the tooth and hopefully get a crown when my attack is under control. He was so gentle and very caring trying to put the temporary on with a minimum amount of pain. He even suggested I look into acupuncture as I have already had surgery that did relieve my pain for 5 years. When I went to the desk to pay the girl at the desk told me Dr Mischley said no charge! I was so grateful. As far as I am concerned Dr Mischley and his office are the best around.“
