“I’ve been seeing Dr. Townsend for a while now, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. They are professional, gentle, and truly excellent at what they do. You can tell they care about their patients' comfort and long-term dental health.
However, the experience with one person from front desk staff hasn’t been quite as seamless. At times, the interactions can feel a bit dismissive or even rude, which is a shame because the actual dental care is top-tier. The other administrative associates have been excellent! I keep coming back for the expertise, but I hope the office management works on the patient service side of things.”
