They are prompt in returning calls and getting someone out to see her. The NP we have had here twice within two weeks was extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding the medical issue my mom was having. She spent a great deal of time assessing her needs, taking samples and delivering to the lab, and explaining every step of the way what she was doing and why. My mom was extremely comfortable with her and relieved to received such wonderful care right in her own home. I will also add that the NP took time with me and listened to my concerns about my mom and addressed those as well. We appreciate what Landmark has to offer, and truly could not ask for more attentive, compassionate, and skilled medical professionals when in need. We would rate Landmark and their staff at way above a 10 star service. The care my mom has received has been top of the line all the way.
