I don't know y they give an appointment time... At all .. not even the slightest idea! Everytime I go to an appointment, I have to wait wait & wait some more!! Even being called back into one of the rooms.. expect to sit there for at least an hour!! There are times THEY cannot book an appointment (s) and then I can't continue to receive my much needed meds,due to" not seeing a physician " .. they lied to an investigating social worker and said I was not bringing my son to his physical(s).. but yet they're the ones who keep calling me and rescheduling the appointment(s) .. that 95% of the time are weeks away from the original appointment (s)!!! They’re only good for the walk in facility.You have to call at 8 am to get an appointment. Once you do, you’re in and they take fair care of you and get you the medical help you need if it’s an easily treated problem.I’ve been trying to get assigned a doctor there for years and the team is no help. I was told I had to have all these appointments with the team doctors and show that I’m an “active patient” in order to get a PCP. In what world do I need to be a sickly human being to have a regular PCP? I have better interactions with the phone operator then some of the nurses and primary care doctors. Nurses don't relay proper messages or call back and sadly the primary care doctors are so overwhelmed that it shows in their care. The doctors lack empathy, they aren't thorough with exams or following up on paient items, etc. This place is also so disorganized from the higer up staff (management) to direct care staff. The CEO could do a better job at managing the facility in a more efficient way.
