“I desperately needed a roof.m in Mattapan. Shingles were all over my yard, my neighbor's yard and down the street. Called several companies and someone told me to call Mardy at FRS Roofing. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Their prices were competitive (compared to 2 other companies that quoted). His honest approach was refreshing. He communicated with me thru-out the proces and returned my calls promptly. After installation, Mardy came by to check on us and to do a final inspection and walked around to see if any nails or debris was left over. He found a few which I couldn't believe because his team did a wonderful job cleaning up. “We had a leak on the back part of our roof and on the dormer. Roof over 20 years old. Justin from the sales team came out promptly and gave us a good read on our roof’s major and minor deficiencies, laying out different options at different price points. We decided to do a full new roof with new gutters. We compared the quote to three other vendors and found it most competitive - high-quality shingle materials combined with relatively low price. A team of about ten people came out within three weeks and completed the job in 2.5 days. My one small knock was that the sales team said fascia only needed partial replacement, but it ended up being a full replacement, thus requiring a separate quote and higher cost. But this was only a small portion of the total project. The team provided a lot of photographs of the project, so we had good visibility on progress and the final results”
