Paid $8,900 for a full replacement with 30-year shingles. One year later I have granules in the gutters and two shingles blew off in normal wind. Called about the warranty and they said “improper install isn’t covered” and hung up. Zero accountability.
Got a quote for $11,200 and they started next day. Tore off half the roof then left for a week. Rain came and my upstairs flooded. Crew finally came back and rushed the job. Shingles are misaligned and there’s already a leak by the chimney. They won’t return calls.
