“Working with Donald and his team was great!We bought a house at the peak of the covid housing market (July '21) and did a small addition as well as gut renovated our Kitchen. When we had issues getting contractors to come out and quote we knew the timing of our project wasn't going to be ideal and feared the worst. Then we met Donald... thank god. He was reliable, easy to communicate with, and reasonably priced. Many things during covid got delayed (windows, hardware, etc. on back order) but whenever an item came in or a subcontractor finished his work Donald's team was ready the next day helping move the project along. You won't go wrong getting to work with him. What showed me the level of commitment and care he had was when he install a pocket door. I had purchased the door... he could have left after 2 hours with a result of "The door fits... but doesn't slide that well in the pocket because of some factory defects of your door...." became Donald spending 8 hours to help plane the door down and widen the pocket/wall (repainting the wall a second time) so that he left with it being " Perfect, it slides effortlessly in and out as it should". Like a homeowner, he wants to go to sleep knowing he finished every project at 110%.“
“I have a 100 year old house and needed a gutter made… a special curved gutter. Every gutter company I contacted either refused to accept the project or when they did, said they had to piece it together. I googled every search term I could come up with and then found a utube of Riverside showing how these gutters are made. I called and worked with Leo Duarte and he guided me through the process. I am in North Carolina. Leo is in Massachusetts so he couldn’t just swing by. Measurements had to be precise. That was hard. 4 men equaled 4 different measurements. Thank God for David Kenny (works with Penske making race cars) who measured, remeasured and measured again and answered the myriad of questions about those measurements. Leo got it done. I would hug him so hard if I could. My gutter is beautiful! Thank you Leo and everyone else who made my house “fancy like”!Service: Custom fabrication“

We also needed some gutterwork done, so we were able to get two jobs done at once. He uses another team for the gutters, and they did a good job putting them up. Mark followed up with us weeks after the work to ensure that we were satisfied.“
