“My wife and I used Pinnacle for a complete roof replacement last month, and I have nothing but great things to say about Chris and his team. Firstly, communicating with Chris was a breeze. Between his first visit to inspect some water damage our home had taken in a recent storm to his last visit when the work was completed, I needed to talk to Chris many times over a period of several weeks and never had a problem establishing contact with him. And then there is the actual workmanship itself, which is stellar. Not only was the work done in less than 2 days, but our new roof looks great and really makes us whole house shine a little brighter. And by mid-day the following day, the post-work cleanup was finished and our whole yard and driveway looked as if nothing had happened. If you are looking for help with your roof and want to work with someone personable and who cares, Chris is your guy.”

Mastercraft Roofing Siding Windows

“Mastercraft replaced the roof on our 1873 mansard house in Cambridge. The project was extensive, covering the mansard sides, peaked top, an L-shaped flat roof over an extension, a bay window, an overhang at the front door, and the flat roof of a mudroom, plus new gutters, soffits, and window trim.

The crew, led by Alex, worked diligently for 10 full days, completing long hours and cleaning up meticulously at the end of each day. John O'Brien, the owner, was great to work with. He helped us select an asphalt shingle with a bit of color, which served as a fitting replacement for the original 152-year-old slate. The initial quote was clear and detailed, and the final price was only about 10% more due to necessary permits, dumpster overweight from the old slate, and new plywood sheathing for rotted wood.

John handled the logistics of working in Cambridge, including the necessary permits for construction and the dumpster. Both his roofing supplier and dumpster company were excellent, with drivers who skillfully navigated our narrow street without any issues. John was responsive to texts and calls, easy to work with.

We will not need a new roof anytime soon, but I would hire Mastercraft again.”

Smart Coats Inc.

“What a great team! We were looking to redo the kitchen floor so a friend recommended us to Eddie, the owner. He actually came out himself and greeted us and did the estimate for us. It came in a tad higher than some other estimates we got. Just knowing his track record and from what other people have said about Eddie and his company was enough for us to make this easy decision to go with Smart Coats. The guys came and completed the work in no time! We barely noticed them there they were so clean. They did such a great job we're redoing our master bathroom and closet with Eddie. I can't say enough awesome things about Eddie and his crew, thank you so much for making our experience one to remember!”
