I had an amazing experience with GF Sprague for the repair of a leaking roof. The original assessor, Nate, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He handled my estimate quickly and efficiently, and I particularly appreciated how transparent and forthcoming he was with regards to my repair options and their associated costs. The repair crew that arrived was extremely professional and fast, and the foreman, Justin, was incredible. He came out the day after to walk me through the scope of work that was completed and answer any questions I might have. Extremely satisfied customer! I noticed a leak in my kitchen. GF Sprague put me in touch with Steve Herget. Steve came to my house promptly the next day. He was able to diagnose AND fix my leaking my roof that day! He was very professional. I give my experience with Steve and GF Sprague 5 stars and will recommend their service to friends and family.
