Right away, Tamie had me tested for the H Pilori bacteria, and she wanted to check my hormonal level, cardiovascular markers…Well she was right, I had the bacteria and she gave me a specific regimen to treat it. We discussed the results of my other tests as well and I am working in balancing everything. “Dr potter is my main doctor for my overall health. I have my primary care and Dr.Potter. They are my team! Dr. Potter works well with other physicians. He will refer you to someone else if he feels it is best. My mother, myself, my husband, my son and now my granddaughter all rely on Dr. Potter! He is kind, understanding, and genuinely cares about you. I once had a pinched nerve in my neck and it wasn’t responding so I went to a surgeon he recommended and the surgeon told me to continue seeing Dr. Potter whole waiting for surgery. And it finally disappears 2 days before the surgery! I could not recommend him any higher. He is wonderful!“

“I first met Susan in the winter of 2013, when she was teaching a kickboxing class at my gym. Her class was equal parts technical and fun, and I was instantly drawn to her upbeat style and personality. I think I asked her at the end of that class if she could train me!I started training with Susan at her fitness studio shortly thereafter. I had an 18-month-old at the time, and I was looking for help getting back to my pre-baby level of fitness and also keeping my workouts fresh and interesting. We’ve been training together over 6 years, and she still has me learning new tricks every session!!Susan trained me through my pregnancy with my second child (she can do pre and postnatal!), and she helped me ease back into fitness when my daughter was 6 weeks old. She was nearly 13 pounds, so helping me recover my abs after my 2nd c-section was no small feat! When I plateaued with baby weight loss, it was Susan to the rescue again. I could only train so hard at this point, so she set me up with her reboot nutrition program. I lost 7 pounds that week, and I continued to lose after.At some point, my husband got jealous of my fitness level, and we added weekly partner sessions to my weekly individual sessions. We continued training at her studio until Susan moved to Florida, and though there are hundreds (thousands, maybe??) of trainers in Boston, we continued to train with Susan virtually. We couldn’t picture ‘breaking up’ just because of a little distance! This proved invaluable to us when we moved to Germany for a year and could still continue to train with Susan twice a week. We still train together in person when she comes back to visit, but for the most part, we continue our virtual workouts here in Boston.Susan has trained us through babies, injuries, a move abroad (and back), and the general craziness that is life with two small children. She helps keep us accountable with our fitness and always keeps us motivated. At this point, we see her more as a friend who happens to be awesome at keeping us in shape!“

“After I had my son and was cleared at my 6 week appointment I was so anxious to lose the baby weight I jumped way too fast and aggressively into exercising again. Unfortunately this resulted in a pelvis stress fracture that significantly impacted my everyday life. I am so thankful I found Stacey as I navigate this injury and get back to a better, stronger me. Stacey is extremely knowledgeable , supportive and encouraging. She goes above and beyond- working with my PT and chiropractor to make sure everyone is on same page and treatment plan, checking in about my appointments and so on. She has completely changed the way I view and approach exercise in my life and taught me SO much about how to move safely in everyday mom life. I only wish I knew these things then so I was kinder and more gentle on my body. I will absolutely continue to work with Stacey as I continue to heal and when I am ready for baby #2 and beyond. I HIGHLY recommend new moms to reach out to Stacey and take time to allow your body to heal postpartum.“

I should have also mentioned that Bill is great to work with: he's encouraging, patient, respectful, takes time to make sure I understand how to do each exercise, offers to follow-up to check my form etc., and generally leaves me with the impression that he's genuinely interested in my progress.I've been working with ProVital for years, with Bill M. He's been great---he took time to talk with me first at length about my goals, and we revisited them over time as necessary. Based on my goals he's come up with programs on a regular basis to help me achieve them, whether it be for strength, muscle tone, weight loss, fat loss, or posture. At times, we've hit all of those areas. Working with Bill and ProVital has been a very positive experience, definitely worth the money.“

“Working with Dr. Anna, you will go on a health journey to learn all about the uniqueness of your body. Initially she had me take supplements and start detoxing. In a couple of months we started all the blood testing to see where I stood nutrient-wise. This is great because I could finally see where the red flags were in the data of which nutrients I was getting and which I was not. Using data about my body, we were able to come up with a game plan on what additional supplements I would need to start turning things around. Even before taking the blood test, I had already noticed an increase in energy that was more sustained throughout the day. Muscular pain was starting to diminish and my breathing started getting clearer. I also noticed that food cravings were disappearing allowing me to make better food choices. I know that I am optimizing my health working with Dr. Anna. She doesn't rush through your appointments.
