“I had the pleasure of working with Cindy Ing-Fong for Pelvic Floor Rehab, and cannot praise her enough. Cindy is incredible. Cindy is extremely knowledgeable, professional, caring, and skilled. She takes her time to actively listen, and address any areas of concern within her power. The whole staff at the Northborough location for St Vincent Rehab is fabulous as well, it was a great experience overall.“

“After a failed knee replacement and a 4 year search for a someone willing to do a revision, I finally found an excellent surgeon who not only did my revision surgery but because of the degradation of the bone tissue of both my femur and tibia, ended up inserting 2 rods and a stabilizer in addition to the replacement of my knee. I was entirely unimpressed with the PT center I went to after my first surgery so I spent a considerable amount of time researching PT centers in the vicinity. Finding Fyzical has been second only to my surgeon as the best thing that could have happened for my recovery. This isn’t your ‘drive through’, everyone does the same thing and the therapists don’t seem to follow a plan of care PT center. Rather, this is a serious physical therapy facility which I knew was the real deal when I saw the track on the ceiling and harness set up, for the treatment of persons who are permanently confined to a wheelchair and/or have diagnoses unrelated to a physical injury. They come here to retain strength and improve balance and mobility. Often these are people with Muscular Dystrophy, spinal lesions and the like. I’ve been in and out of PT more times than I care to remember and this is only the second facility that I’ve been to that’s set up to deliver the highest standards of care to the community; that includes everyone, not just athletes and victims of auto accidents. Tom, the owner, and every member of his well trained and knowledgeable staff, bring a unique approach to each person’s care. They listen to your needs and concerns and, at least for me, they’re always updating my exercise protocol to adapt to how I’m doing and to increasingly challenge me. Following my first surgery, I believe I was doing the exact same exercises at the end of treatment that I was assigned when I started. I never felt as though my care was personalized for my needs and the level of professionalism was poor. I often didn’t see my “therapist” until I was done with my exercises, so this person didn’t see in real time how I was doing, progressing or not. At Fyzical, my therapist is always there when I arrive and while they may be involved with another patient, they’re always checking to see how I look and how I’m progressing. They listen to me and revise my plan of care to adapt to how I’m doing and feeling. I can’t say enough about how great Fyzical is as well as every member of the staff including the ladies that run the front end of the business, who are lovely and very kind. They’re always so gracious and encouraging.
As both a patient and a healthcare provider, I give Fyzical my highest, most sincere and heartfelt recommendation.“

“I have been doing aquatic PT with Michelle at the Greendale Y and “land” PT, primarily with Ashley, in Holden. They are both wonderful, fun to work with, and so helpful. They have helped me with using the correct form for the exercises and have made recommendations when they felt further evaluation might be needed. I worked with Jasmine one time as well and she was wonderful, too. Rebecca in the office is very nice and helpful as well“

“I was sent to Baystate after sustaining a shoulder injury. Alyssa, Nicki and Jenna were allcompassionate and effective . I was given new home therapies to do every week, they were able to stretch and release tightness through massage and dry needling. They often used humor as a distraction during some of the more painful techniques . I am now almost completely back to full function without needing surgery! Thank you to the Baystate team you are the best!!“
