Very happy with my decision to go to Rebound for physical therapy as I recover from a total knee replacement. The staff are all very friendly and supportive, especially Julie at the front desk, Danni who helps you with exercises, and of course the physical therapists. The facility is clean, bright and welcoming.
I’ve been working with Lisa G. and am delighted with my experience. She answers my questions thoroughly, works with me to figure out the level of work I want and can do, and is just a delightful, very professional person to work with.
My surgeon told me to “do what PT tells you to do and you’ll recover well”. After four weeks of coming to Rebound I am seeing that he was right. Recovery takes time and work, but I know I’m in great hands with the staff here, and my improvement to date is showing it

Rebound PT is the first PT Business that I have encountered where you see your therapist at every visit ... (Others I have been to have you see a PT Tech most of the time and the Therapist only 1X month to 6-weeks or so) ... I have had much better experience and results with Rebound's model and have had a great experience at both Natick and Westborough locations ... In Westborough, Denis has provided me excellent care / guidance / support on the road to recovery and pain relief for my shoulders and back ... he is a great listener ... highly recommended ... oh yeah ...he's a great guy too! I also had a few appointments with Winslow (when Denis was out on leave) and he was great also! Great facility, staff, location ... Highly recommended!
The telehealth calls with Laura have been very beneficial during this social distancing period. I was working with her in person beforehand, which was great. While it is harder to be only on video she has really helped me continue to make progress in my recovery with form corrections, new exercises and even talking me through some massage. Thank you so much for continuing to be there for your patients!
