I’ve been here for a few weeks now for a bilateral wrist sprain / suspected carpal tunnel. the original injury was three months ago and it never got better. It took Micaela an entire two sessions to have my wrists improving! I’ve been working with Chris lately as well and he is similarly quick with suggestions that WORK. I was starting to worry I’d just have ouchy-wrists forever but I’m now confident that I’ll be back to normal soon :)
