“Over the years I have had various pain, mobility, and strength issues related to overuse and poor technique (and sports that lend themselves to overuse issues - volleyball, tennis, racquetball). I have used acupuncture, chiropractors, and other treatments that may or may not provide some temporary relief, but don't resolve the underlying causes.
