Should I ever need PT again, I cannot imagine going anywhere else than Concierge in Sutton. From the first evaluation of my back pain to these last days before I “graduate”, the care I’ve received has been exemplary. I was greeted each session by Kenji, scheduler extraordinaire, who always made sure my favorite candy was in the bowl on the counter. My primary therapist, Jianna, developed and explained my treatment plan every step of the way. I cannot thank Concierge Physical Therapy in Sutton enough. I received treatment for my bilateral achilles tendinitis. I was always greeted by a friendly and welcoming Kenji and/or Laura at the front desk. The Therapy Aide, Kyle, was also always friendly, welcoming, helpful and kind. My physical therapists, Christina DiPaoli and Dr. Stephanie Franciose were truly outstanding. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and genuinely concerned about you as a whole person. I came to Concierge for lower back pain. Honestly, I was skeptical because I’ve never done PT before and I wasn’t sure it would really help. I was so wrong! By my 3rd visit my back pain was nearly gone and the body stiffness that I’ve been living with for over a year was so much better. Plus I continue to improve with each visit. I actually look forward to going to my appointments. The staff is wonderful! They are caring and engaging as well as technically top notch. Needless to say, I am no longer a skeptic!
