“Over the years I have had various pain, mobility, and strength issues related to overuse and poor technique (and sports that lend themselves to overuse issues - volleyball, tennis, racquetball). I have used acupuncture, chiropractors, and other treatments that may or may not provide some temporary relief, but don't resolve the underlying causes. Kim was excellent in diagnosing the issues right away, and setting up an easy to follow home exercise program that worked. Kim is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and effective.“

“Antonia really is terrific. She helped me with my back pain, and provided the right exercises that have kept me on track at home, too. Thanks so much!“

“This place was great. I had never been to PT before. Everyone was so friendly and patient. I injured my shoulder and now I have full range of motion thanks to them. I even had some issues with my insurance and Fyzical’s billing were so incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond until the issue was resolved.“

“After having struggled and failed on my own to improve a constellation of issues involving my foot, ankle, and knee, I spent much of 2023 working with Mike Racette at CMPT in Westborough. From hands-on work to a carefully designed and frequently updated home exercise plan, Mike found ways to get my pain under control and showed me how to build strength to protect my vulnerable spots. He has qualities that are ideal for any health care provider: patience, knowledge, listening skills, compassion, efficiency, and a willingness to pivot when treatment uncovers other issues. Appointments were easy to arrange, email and phone communication worked well, and Kim Barton was a pleasure at the front desk. The facility was small but clean and well equipped, and I appreciated the two private treatment rooms rather than a line-up of tables out in the open. Much credit to CMPT for my greatly improved mobility!“

“Over the years as an Ironman Triathlete, I have had many injuries. I have also had elective surgery for rotator cuff, broken collar bones, fractured ankles, pulled muscles and left and right hip replacements along with lower back pain and whiplash from a recent car accident.. I have always been successfully treated by Lynne King, or a member of her Professional Staff at the Longfellow Holistic Health Center. If you are injured or suffering from an injury ( like I was ) then you should call Longfellow Holistic Health Center for and evaluation and treatment plan. The will get you healthy and enjoying life again.“

“The BEST physical therapist: Carolyn Brooks! At 10 weeks post knee replacement I am back to normal with no pain, no pain reliever, not even Tylenol. It’s due to Carolyn’s patient care and exercise suggestions. I cannot recommend her and Connections highly enough - on a scale from 1 to 10? I give a 15!!“

“I cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about Core Health Therapies! I participated in therapy during pregnancy and post-partum and recommend that every expecting/new mother do the same! The practice is easily accessible and does a wonderful job of creating a serene/spa like environment. Ingrid was absolutely lovely to work with- she has realistic expectations and a great sense of humor. I was worried that pelvic floor therapy would be intrusive, but it is quite the opposite. Ingrid explained how each of the muscles are connected, and the importance of working each of the core muscles as well as connecting your mind or sub-conscience to get stronger.I wish the practice nothing but the best, and look forward to their continued growth!“

“Laura is incredibly knowledgable and thoughtful in her approach. My teenage son had a serious knee injury (patellar tendon rupture and broke his tibia) and, over the course of about 3 months, Laura was cautious yet worked him through a wide range of exercises primarily in the pool when he was not able to do much on land, and then in the weight room. She made it fun, and most importantly, he progressed safely and quickly in his recovery. During the pool PT portion of my son's recovery, Laura collaborated beautifully, and multiple times, with another physical therapist who saw my son as well as the surgeon and the surgeon's office team. Laura is a lovely person who took interest in my son as an individual and also took interest in and cared about our family (as these types of injuries affect the whole family!). Thank you so much, Laura, you've been terrific with us!“

“Bay State Physical Therapy is amazing! I had a great experience working with Alyssa for chronic hip pain. She was great to work with and I ended my care plan knowing exactly what I need to do to continue feeling better. Highly recommend!“
