Unlike other PFs closer to Boston, this one is not open 24/7 on weekdays. They close at 10pm from Monday thru Thursday.Otherwise, the setting is in a large strip mall venue that may have once been a supermarket or TJ Maxx-like store, with lots of room to spread out at the free weight area, the array of resistance-based equipment, the cardio machines, or a stretching area in the back. Things look newer, cleaner, and brighter than certain inner-Boston-area outlets too.

Great atmosphere, family tour of environment. All The staff are great and John (I think his name is) We call him Junior keeps me motivated and always greets everyone with positive energy.

One of the cleanest ones around ...my only gripe is you have all those classes posted but when you ask about them your told they don't have trainers go to Norwood ......why post the classes if they aren't available...when I was asked I was told they haven't had one in 6 months....that's terrible...if your paying for a posted service....but it's not available
