“Winter Hill performed a re-siding job on my 1930's home. It was a huge project that included removing three layers of existing siding, applying home wrap, applying new siding, trim and gutters, among other things.They were fantastic from start to finish. The foreperson was on top of every detail.My only advice for someone looking to use them for a siding job: since they do not provide an electrician for major electrical stuff (i.e. National Grid, Solar Energy, etc.), they require the customer to do quite a bit of "project management" as far as arranging either getting sleeves put on power lines or getting the power turned off while crews are working in that area. But besides this one thing, they were fantastic. I am planning to use them in the future for another project.“

“My HOA for our condo hired Denis and his team to replace our old rubber roof with a new PVC roof and we couldn't be happier. Denis was great, communicating and keeping us up to date. He gave us a start date and stuck to it even after we had to delay the project for a few days. His drone footage of the roof before and after, was an added bonus!“

My experience was entirely consistent with the others. This is an outstanding company. I would highly recommend them. I will certainly use them in the future. I used them three years ago to repair significant water damage from the leak. The total cost for this damage was approximately $13,000. They did a very good job and I was very happy with their work. A few months ago I had another leak from a faulty appliance installation. I also had some additional water damage in the corner of the basement which it was unclear where the water was coming from. They were able to diagnose and reproduce the leak. John did a fair amount of the work. I'm hoping he gets a nice raise in the future. He is an amazing worker. Everyone we worked with was great. I hope I do not have to work with them again for a water leak. If I do have any future issues I will definitely call them up. For the most recent work, the total charge was approximately $13,000. “I own several triple deckers in the Boston area and have had BRC Renovations do a complete roof replacement on on about two years ago. The job was completed on time and at a very reasonable price and I've had no problems since. At the same time they rebuilt the chimney from the roof deck up. They removed all the debris and kept the area clean on a daily basis. I have had them do various repairs at another similar flat roof building as well and I will have them do a complete roof replacement on that building within the year.I can't emphasize how important it is to me that they are responsive to emergency requests for fast turn-around repairs as well as top quality workmanship.“

“I recently had Commtank come to my home to replace a leaking fuel oil tank in my cellar. The response time was in an hour after I called - the agent that came (J D) was professional, courtese and very efficient, he had my oil tank pumped out within an hour- the fuel oil was filtered and reinstalled back in my replacement oil tank. “I’ve been meaning to write this review for a long time. For context, JW Construction completed a full gut renovation of a beautiful four story townhouse in Charlestown, transforming it into condos. We purchased one of the units but wanted to make significant changes. This was during the tail end of COVID, and we needed to add an office, which required moving the kitchen and completely reworking the floor plan.

Initially, Jon was understandably hesitant.
