Operation Independence

I was really pleased with the work of Operation Independence. They installed some shower bars for us for when my mother came to live with us for the summer. They worked with us to get them installed with a very quick window, and the bars (and the shower seat they got us) were just what we needed. My mom felt safe using everything this summer and was able to shower independently. We were grateful for the service they provided, and the gentleman who installed the bars was courteous, helpful, and professional.

Everyone at Operation Independence was both expert and wonderful to work with. Best customer service you coud ask for. Superior work and equipment. Terrific follow-up service and responsiveness. The owner, Rick Castino, is tremendous-- smart and so easy to work with.

We had a bathroom redone for wheelchair access, an electric stair chair installed for movement from the ground floor to the second floor, and an electric stair chair from the patio to the back porch, rear entrance to our home.

Operation Independence is the only show in town -in my view- for accessibility equipment.

Rick and team clicked all the boxes - quality work, timely, friendly and the right price. We had a bathroom done for my aging mother, we are very happy with the result. Me and my family highly recommend Rick and Operation Independence.
