“I’ve had 2 out of the three therapists and both were excellent. However, it’s been a while since I’ve been back as it is impossible to get another appointment within a reasonable amount of time thereafter. I just looked for either a 30 or 45 min appointment and there was nothing for 5 weeks. Good for them that they’re that busy, not so good for me as I would like to have a message every 10 days or so.“

“Shanti Hopkinton has the best teachers in the area! After practicing in Boston for many years, I was worried, moving out to the suburbs. I would not find the experience. Then I found Jen and started taking her classes (going back around 15 years ago). It was so exciting to have her open studio in my home town! In addition to the amazing yoga, I have come to love the strength and Pilates classes as well. Highly recommend!“

“I had a wonderful experience at EveryBody in Mind Wellness Center. The Somadome meditation pod was amazing and I will definitely be booking more sessions. I struggle to keep my mind from wandering when meditating for extended periods, but this experience changed that and I found myself surprised when the time was up! I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated and can't wait to explore some other offerings this hidden gem has to offer!“

“I love HOTWORX! It's the perfect place to get a great workout, even if you have a busy schedule. The gym is open 24/7, so I can always find time to go, and there's a variety of workouts with different time lengths, so I can choose the one that best fits my needs. The gym is also always clean and secure, which is important to me.I especially love the infrared saunas. They help me to sweat out toxins and burn more calories. I also find that the heat helps to reduce my muscle soreness after my workouts.The staff at HOTWORX is also very friendly and helpful. They always greet me with a smile and are happy to answer any questions I have.Overall, I highly recommend HOTWORX to anyone looking for a great workout in a clean, secure, and convenient environment.“

“COVID-19 has definitely impacted the therapeutic massage schedule that is needed for ideal wellness. The Gentle Place is open now (yay!)! I've always been 100% confident with the safe standards Donna and her team use. Now they've implemented precautions specific for SARS-CoV-2 and actually go above and beyond these for safety. The "extra steps" don't impact the therapy of massage and give me peace of mind during this challenging time. Always setting the standard!THANK YOU GENTLE PLACE!!!“

“I just started the beginner series and so far it's great! I have a pretty sedentary desk job and find it hard to break away. Couple that with bad habits formed around COVID and change was in the air. Also my wife is a Yogi and she wouldn't stop telling me how good it makes you feel. So I gave in and I'm happy to report that she's not wrong. Never is, actually. Our instructor for this series is Anne. She's thorough, explains everything and is super compassionate about each persons ability. 6 stars.“
