Meeting my Goals.I joined fit factory a month and a half ago and it has become a great tool for me to get back on track with my health. I was 215lbs when I started and in 6 weeks, I am now currently at 198lbs and much closer to my overall goal. The staff is very friendly / knowledgeable, and the facilities are well maintained. I recommend Fit Factory to anyone who's serious about getting their health on track.

Staff: they nice.Stuff: its nice.the Ladies & Gents: they in here, & they nice.I dont do classes, I just pump'n'flex @ the mirror. If you see someone in there moving metric tons, thats me. If you see someone in there taking a class, thats not me.

They have a wide variety of high-end resistance equipment that are well maintained, the same is true about the cardio section. They are getting busier at peak times, but they have different levels of membership with a separate area and numerous class areas that siphon off excess. The location is excellent and parking is plentiful. The front desk staff is friendly.
