“Working with them was seamless and easy. We dealt with Kyle who made everything easy and his communication was excellent. The quality of work was excellent, as well as the timeliness of the repair. Would highly recommend them.”
“Craftech sent a team of guys to my home and they were all very kind! The men did the job efficiently and went the extra mile because on one day they were here two of my dogs accidentally got outside and the men ran to my aid getting the dogs safely back inside. I had a pleasant experience with them despite the headache of this flood in my home. I thank them and your business for your services!
Specific names of the men I remember are Garry Jr, Shawn, Josh, Connor, Collin and Nick
Thank you,
Bernie”
“We had a water loss at our home in Grafton, MA and called MA Restorations for water damage restoration. They responded very quickly, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Their team handled the water extraction, drying, and mold prevention, and was professional and respectful of our home and our family from start to finish. They were easy to work with, kept things organized, and got the job done right. If you need water damage cleanup or restoration in Grafton or anywhere in Central Massachusetts, I highly recommend MA Restorations.”
