Craftech arrived at my house within hours of contacting them for water in my basement from a faulty sump pump. I received excellent service from Collin and Connor. They communicated well about what was going on and were able to answer questions. Amazing service!
The guys at Craftech were very good and reliable. We always let us know what the issues were and status of repair/resolution. They answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend them!
The Craftech crew did a superb job after we had a house full of smoke damage from an isolated fire. The crew was extremely courteous, very friendly and super speedy!
