Sebastian and his team are our go-to for home repairs/projects big or small! We have hired Welmark Construction to add an inlaw addition to our home in 2021. Had our front & back decks redone, added a deck onto our pool, and redid our bathroom last year. Each project is handled throughly and thoughtfully. Would highly recommend Welmark for all construction/remodel projects.
Welmark Construction is Amazing!! Sebastian coordinated everything so Beautifully. The estimates that he gave me for my roof, siding and bulkhead door were still the same when the work was completed.
