“When our hot water heater died we called Anthony at AJM Heating and Plumbing and got a quick response and two fair estimates from some pictures we sent. We moved forward and Anthony's colleague Chris was over in about 30 minutes to prep the old water heater for removal while Anthony sourced the replacement. Both men were friendly, professional, and efficient. They answered our questions and carefully removed the old heater then brought in the new one which was soon up and running. A quick call in the morning got us warm water in the afternoon! “I found A&G months ago when I was looking for heat and A/C service recommendations online after moving to a new home. When our gas furnace wasn’t pushing out heat one cold morning, I emailed at 4am as a brand new customer with a heat emergency in mid-January on a Monday morning. I wasn’t sure how it was going to go since it is a busy time of year and they had no history with me as a customer. We were having a problem with hot water circulation and they came out the next day and figured out that the mixing valve for the tub was not working and the cause behind the hot water not making its way to the other faucets in the house. “Ryan and Jack are amazing to work with. They are responsive, will walk you through what needs to be done and how they are going to do it, and leave the areas they work spotless. We have worked with them on several projects in the past 2 months: 1) an emergency when our 2020 furnace (which was installed by a different company) stopped working - they came out found the problem, the other company did not install the exhaust pipe far enough from from the intake. They walked me through the problem, showed me in the manual how it was not done right, and fixed the problem 2) they moved a gas line on the outside of our house 3) they are going to be doing the plumbing for a primary bathroom and new furnace (in addition) and tankless water heater, and gas to a new fireplace. They have been great about answering questions from plumbing fixtures to all the random questions my husband and I think of. We highly recommend and trust them!“

“Anderson Plumbing deserves a much better rating. I spoke with the owner Dave multiple times for my tankless water heater, and he is always very responsive,m and explain everything really well. They are not like most plumbing companies hiring an operator to answer the calls who has no idea about anything when i call in. Most time when I call Anderson Plumbing, they actually have someone knows their stuff and can tell me what options I have. That's a huge plus for me and their price is also very reasonable. The plumber comes to my place to install the machine does the job. I knock off one star because the troubleshooting didn't go well. However, I think it's the same for any plumbing service. It's much easier to do a replacement than trying to fix a complex machine! Overall I'm satisfied and will use their service again.“
