“Called with a blocked pipe, overflow toilet in new commercial space that we are renovating. Ramon showed up quickly and spent all evening working on the clog – keeping us involved in updated at every single step of the way. He clearly loves his work, and was extremely knowledgeable and professional – and showed he really cared about our issues and our organization. His associate Michael showed up to help assist and was equally helpful. Looks like we have a heavy duty project on hand with some legacy blockage issues (please never put disposable wipes, down a toilet – ever!!!) – but I feel like we are in very good hands. I'll loop back again once everything is complete to give a final assessment, but so far – definitely five star customer service!“

“Ryan and Jack are amazing to work with. They are responsive, will walk you through what needs to be done and how they are going to do it, and leave the areas they work spotless. We have worked with them on several projects in the past 2 months: 1) an emergency when our 2020 furnace (which was installed by a different company) stopped working - they came out found the problem, the other company did not install the exhaust pipe far enough from from the intake. They walked me through the problem, showed me in the manual how it was not done right, and fixed the problem 2) they moved a gas line on the outside of our house 3) they are going to be doing the plumbing for a primary bathroom and new furnace (in addition) and tankless water heater, and gas to a new fireplace. They have been great about answering questions from plumbing fixtures to all the random questions my husband and I think of. We highly recommend and trust them!“

“So far so good!I called about a quote and I didn't really have any additional roof space for a solar panel based water heater so they suggested I look into the SAHP product.This is basically a standard size tank water heater that uses a large evaporator panel that is mounted on the outside of your house.From what I understood of it in simple terms - It uses the ambient air very similar to mini-split technology to heat the water.This unit came with a standard solar federal rebate of 26% back on taxes based on the total cost, and a 20 year warranty on the tank.The unit has an electric backup which is really only needed during very cold winter months but nice that it's there knowing it can function as a standard water heater.I have a SPAN electric panel so I've been able to monitor usage through the summer since mid July.Here are some stats:July 13th-31st: 79 kWh (Had electric backup enabled)August: 63 kWhSeptember: 79kWhAn average electric water heater can use up to 4000 kWh per year so this is most definitely going to save me on energy consumption over the coming years.They were able to lay down some vinyl flooring under the water heater per my request and the whole install only took about 1/2 a day.Overall I'm happy with the service and it's been awesome to try out this new technology.If you are looking to save on energy costs definitely give New England Solar Hot Water a call.“
